Coconut Digital SMS Messaging Program
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Coconut Digital, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Coconut Digital provides appointment reminder and rescheduling messages for customers who have signed up for website demo meetings. Messages may include meeting confirmations, rescheduling options, and follow-up communications related to your scheduled appointments.
Verbal Opt-In Script
The following script is read by a Coconut Digital representative during scheduled sales and demo calls:
Agent: “Before we wrap up — would it be okay if we sent you SMS reminders about this meeting? You'd get a confirmation now and a reminder before the call. Coconut Digital would send up to 3 messages per meeting. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Do you agree to receive SMS messages from Coconut Digital at the number you've provided today?”
Customer: “Yes.”
Agent: “Great, you're all set. You'll receive a confirmation shortly.”
Consent is recorded in our CRM at the time of the call. Message frequency: up to 3 messages per scheduled meeting. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Privacy policy: coconut-digital.com/privacy.
Written Opt-In via Booking Form
Written opt-in is also collected via the booking form when a customer provides their phone number and acknowledges the SMS consent disclosure.

Message Frequency
You will receive up to 3 messages per scheduled meeting. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with scheduling and rescheduling.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to us to unsubscribe. After you send the SMS message “STOP,” we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Consent Disclosure
Contacts consent to receive appointment reminder SMS messages during scheduled sales calls or via meeting booking forms. Consent is obtained verbally during the call or in writing when the contact provides their phone number for meeting scheduling. Message frequency varies; up to 3 messages per scheduled meeting. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
