What Information We Collect

SMS messaging data: If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, we collect your phone number for the purpose of sending appointment reminders and rescheduling communications. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

Technical operational data: Vercel Analytics collects anonymized usage data (page views, Web Vitals) without the use of cookies and without identifying individual users.

Purpose and Legal Basis

Recipients

  • Basin (usebasin.com) (form handling) – receives data from contact forms
  • Twilio Inc. (SMS messaging) – processes phone numbers for appointment reminder messages

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their promotional or marketing purposes. Your mobile information will not be sold, shared, or transferred to third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Retention

  • Inquiries without engagement: Deleted within 12 months
  • Client/project data: Retained for the duration of the agreement + legally required retention

Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer necessary, or upon request.
